- Niniejszy regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze strony internetowej prowadzonej przez tercet artystyczny Iocte Nocte (dalej: „Serwis”).
- Serwis ma charakter informacyjno-artystyczny i służy prezentacji autorskich komiksów oraz treści twórczych stworzonych przez członkinie Iocte Nocte.
- Korzystanie z Serwisu oznacza akceptację niniejszego Regulaminu w całości.

- These terms and conditions define the rules for using the website run by the Iocte Nocte artistic trio (hereinafter: the “Service”).
- The Service is of an informational and artistic nature and serves to present original comics and creative content created by the members of Iocte Nocte.
- Using the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
§2. Prawa autorskie
- Wszystkie treści dostępne w Serwisie, w szczególności komiksy, ilustracje, grafiki, scenariusze i teksty, stanowią utwory w rozumieniu ustawy o prawie autorskim i podlegają ochronie prawnej.
- Autorskie prawa osobiste i majątkowe przysługują wyłącznie twórczyniom Iocte Nocte.
- Zabrania się kopiowania, rozpowszechniania lub modyfikowania treści bez uprzedniej, wyraźnej zgody właścicielek praw.

- All content available in the Service, in particular comics, illustrations, graphics, scripts, and texts, constitute works under the Copyright Act and are subject to legal protection.
